3. Engagement & Responsibilities

Client Obligations

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for Meliora Projects to perform its services. Any delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information will not be the responsibility of Meliora Projects.

 

Meliora Projects’ Responsibilities

• Meliora Projects will use reasonable skill and care in providing professional planning and development services. However, we do not guarantee that applications will be approved by regulatory authorities.

 

4. Fees & Payment

Pricing

• Service fees will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement before work commences. Prices are subject to change based on project scope and regulatory changes.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due as per the agreed-upon invoicing schedule.
• Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.
• Subscription-based services will be billed in accordance with the subscription plan selected.

   

5. Application & Approval Pathways

Meliora Projects provides guidance on various approval pathways, including but not limited to:

• Development Applications (DA)
• Complying Development Certificates (CDC)
• State Significant Development (SSD)
• Planning Proposals (Rezoning)

While we provide expert advice, approval decisions are at the discretion of the relevant authorities, and Meliora Projects is not responsible for rejected applications.

 

6. Subscription-Based Services

Clients engaging in subscription-based services agree to recurring payments as outlined in their agreement. Cancellations must be made in writing with reasonable prior notice. No refunds will be provided for partially used subscription periods.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Meliora Projects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

 

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

All client information is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect and manage personal data.

 

9. Termination

Meliora Projects reserves the right to terminate services if a client breaches these Terms, engages in unlawful activities, or fails to make timely payments.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

 

11. Amendments
